1. Introduction
Welcome to Amore Travels, LLC. By booking a trip through us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before confirming your booking. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
2. Booking and Confirmation
2.1 Booking Process:
You will receive a booking confirmation once the booking is processed. A binding agreement is formed when we confirm your booking.
2.2 Booking Details:
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate personal information, including full names, dates of birth, passport details, and any other required information. Any discrepancies in details could result in denied travel or additional charges.
2.3 Minimum Age:
To make a booking, you must be at least 18 years of age or have a parent/guardian’s consent. Minors traveling without a parent or in some
circumstances traveling with only 1 parent may require additional documentation, please consult your agent when booking the trip to get accurate information.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Deposit and Full Payment:
For most bookings, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid in full by the date given to you by the agent. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.
3.2 Payment Methods:
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified at the time of booking. Payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of booking.
3.3 Currency and Exchange Rates:
All prices are quoted in USD, unless communicated to you by the agent at time of booking. If your payment is made in another currency, the exchange rate used will be determined by the payment processor at the time of transaction.
4. Cancellations and Amendments
4.1 Customer Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to the individual vendors cancellation policies.
4.2 Agency Cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen events).
4.3 Amendments:
Any changes to your booking (e.g., name changes, date changes) will incur an amendment fee of [$50.00] or may require payment of additional costs. We cannot guarantee availability for the requested changes. Additional change fees may be implemented by individual vendors.
5. Travel Documents and Passports
5.1 Responsibility for Documents:
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have all required documents, such as valid passports, visas, and vaccinations. We recommend checking entry requirements well in advance of your travel date.
5.2 Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, lost luggage, or medical emergencies. Travel insurance is not included in the price of your booking.
6. Liabilities and Limitations
6.1 Agency Liability:
While we make every effort to provide accurate and reliable travel information, Amore Travels, does not assume liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, delays, weather conditions, or changes in itinerary.
6.2 Supplier Liability:
Our services include arrangements with third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). Any issues arising from these services, including delays, cancellations, or changes, will be subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier.
6.3 Travel Risks:
Travel involves certain inherent risks, including, but not limited to, delays, cancellations, and natural disasters. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
7. Travel Advice and Safety
7.1 Health and Safety:
We encourage travelers to check travel advisories and health information for their destination(s). The customer is responsible for their own health and safety during the trip.
7.2 Local Laws and Customs:
Travelers must comply with the local laws and customs of the country they are visiting. We are not liable for any legal issues arising from the customer’s failure to comply with local laws.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Privacy Policy:
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided during the booking process will only be used for processing your booking and communicating with you about your travel plans.
8.2 Data Sharing:
We may share your personal information with third-party service providers as necessary to complete your booking. By confirming your booking, you consent to this sharing of information.
9. Complaints and Disputes
9.1 Customer Complaints:
If you have any complaints during your trip, please contact our local representative or the supplier directly to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved on-site, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can investigate.
9.2 Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, we encourage amicable resolution through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction of United States of America courts.
10. General Terms
10.1 Amendments to Terms:
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to customers before their next booking.
10.2 Force Majeure:
We will not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., acts of nature, war, government actions, etc.).
10.3 Severability:
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
